Just got back -- Bruno Mars, Skylar Grey, no D12, but Royce was there obviously. Same setlist as Montreal I believe. No mic problems. Lots of people fainting, apparently 90k ppl were in the crowd, but lots of energy and a great show. Em did some new little antic about relapsing in Chicago, I couldn't get any video cuz security was tight about that. Apparently "Em" (read:Paul) said if they don't pay, they shouldn't get to see it.

But what is a fan supposed to do if the demand is far, FAR more than the supply??? Eminem has only played three festivals in the United States, the only shows he's done in America in '11. There would not be enough tickets for every fan who wants to see him, even if we all could get to Tennessee, Kansas City or Chicago. And what about bands like Coldplay who allowed their sets to be broadcast even though their fans watching on YouTube didn't pay to go to Lollapalooza?

I don't agree with this decision. I don't agree at all.

Yeah I told him that I was looking forward to seeing him at the show and he was pretty cool about it considering how many people were there to see him. Shook his hand and took my cd.

Saw Skylar Grey at her solo show and she rocked it. Ceelo Green was on before Em and motherfuckers practically booed him off stage because they wanted to see Em. It was fucked up, you could tell it bothered him.

Bruno Mars was a surprise though. I did not expect him to be there. All in all it was an amazing show...I'm getting repetitive though.

When it was over though, the crowds shut the streets down completely. Sooo many people. It was overwhelming.
