I originally thought that as well, but he listed actual TRACKS so I changed my mind to "I dunno". If it were freestyle battles, no doubt in my mind old Em would win.

I'm confused as to what this is asking. A pre-written freestyle rap battle? An off the dome freestyle rap battle? A recorded diss track? My answer would still remain variations of the younger Eminem. It's not like Eminem improved in any of those since his comeback...He stopped off the dome rap battling so many years ago, so clearly SSLP Eminem would win. MMLP-TES era Eminem would beat the new Eminem in a diss track, he was much more vicious and simply wrote better. I think MMLP-TES era Eminem would take a pre-written freestyle rap battle.

Now, i'm not sure I understand the question. You ask who would win in a rap battle and list written diss tracks, which include the battle part but they aren't freestyled.

Now, with that out of the way, old Eminem would probably win in a freestyle rap battle(Go listen to the old stuff forreal). PLUS Eminem said he is rusty in the freestyle section around this time.

But when it comes to diss tracks, I guess I couldn't fairly decide. 'The Warning' is a great edition to the Eminem diss track collection and that's about all we've got from him lately at that was just 2009, so idk.

Most "freestyle" battles are 60% pre written(at least), especially in the USA (there's still some genuine freestyle battles in the UK). They only deviate from non-writtens for flips or comments about clothing mostly

Even though young Slim is better battle rapper than old I can't help but think old em would take it. Think about all the ammo he'd have. Who here couldn't tear themselves from 10 years ago to shreds?
