-That's incorrect. Yes, you can technically be held legally responsible if you don't have permission to use the beat. It's just that no one cares enough, the culture is that it's acceptable to use whatever beats you want for mixtapes and shit. You may not even get in trouble, depends on the court.
-Who cares if it's illegal? You live in Lebanon dude, Shadowville is from America. Do you know how insanely hard/impossible it would be to sue you? Your government sure as hell wouldn't extradite you over a copyright claim, I doubt they even can since it's a civil claim. Even intrastate lawsuits are very difficult, much less international. And, if they somehow managed to get you into a court, sue, AND win, the legal fees would far outweigh any benefit Shadowville would gain monetarily.
-Just give them credit for the beat when you upload it to not be a dick. Worse case is they can try to have the audio pulled.

No, I mean as long as you're not a YouTube Partner (i.e. making money from views) then he probably won't care.

EDIT: Also, YouTube have rules in place to stop people downloading videos, so you should be okay.

6. Modifications. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this Agreement and any fees, at any time, effective upon the date we post a new Agreement on this free download page. Your continued use of the Beat constitutes your binding acceptance of this Agreement, including any changes or modifications that we may make.

7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce these Terms in the federal or state courts located in New York, New York. I think you said you don't use torrents, but I think you should, because in the torrents you get everything you need (and a text explaining how to "crack" it).

No need to be afraid of viruses, just look at the comments, look at the file uploader. Just use the common sense when looking for it.
