I think it's Em not Paul that has a problem with releasing concert footage. He seems a little paranoid to me with all the security, restrictions etc he puts on his life. Don't know if this is true but it sounds like something he'd do:

It's a tabloid, so it's like the New York Post or one of those things--they have reporters, but they exaggerate a lot and make things sensational. That said, the fact that they quote a specific person makes this seem real.
