Well that depends my friend. What kind of RnB beats are you looking for?

cuz now-days rnb is a completely different thing than 5 years ago.. and that 5 years ago is completely different to what it was 10 years ago... and it goes around man lol

just in general, doesnt' matter which type...but like you know how shadowville.com or soundclick.com have mostly rap beats, any sites with mostly rnb beats
