This isn't in an aggressive way or anything - but just for the purposes of a big interesting debate, anybody here with an issue or idea they believe in and think I may be opposed to that fancies a big, formal, intelligent debate with me?

I would be interested in seeing you debate FOR religion. Regardless of whether or not you feel it is a subject that is inherently wrong, I would like to see you challenge yourself and debate for something that you know not to be based in fact.

I think Religion should be left out. It's people's own beliefs. If God exists, he exists. If he doesn't, he doesn't.

Interesting idea, I may do that soon. However I don't feel there are any possible arguments that can be made FOR religion, for it as a inherently good thing, or the belief in god as a probable or logical thing.

I've listened to the best of the best argue for it, some actual intellectuals and even their arguments seem ridiculously lame and easy to dismantle.

So, anybody with any intelligence would always beat somebody arguing for it. Including me. I'm not a miracle worker ;)
