Proof is more direct about the tension on his solo album and EP. He mentions it on Kurt Kobain he alludes to the fact that there is some sort of distance between him and Em. As far as him and Denaun go, he kind of goes at him on Love Letters, basically saying that he's gotten too big-headed. On Kurt Kobain, the last words before the gunshot are "Denaun, I'm proud of you".

He simultaneously shows frustration and love for his fellow members. I'm sure that some of them felt the same way about him. He would show up late to interviews, drunk, and he probably wasn't always the easiest person to deal with.

Yeah, on his album he seemed frustrated at a lot of things - the change of life since Em blew up and people he knew not getting out as well, as well as his belief of not getting the props he deserved for what he did for Detroit hip-hop. Slum Elementz has a few confrontational lines:

But ask 'em all now where the fuck what they'd be without me

In the "8 Mile" flick I was portrayed as Future/On the set I was due, where's the rest of my crew

The album is fascinating though - the way it's put together with that opening skit and then ended with Kurt Kobain is really well crafted. Really underrated LP.

besides the guy he's walking with in the video looks like Mikhi Pheifer(is that how you spell it?)'s character in 8 Mile, who was based on Proof

On first listen, I thought it was about Royce. But some parts of his verse prove otherwise, and the video protrays them all beefing in the group. So, I'm sure it has been said before, but my break down is Em's verse: Proof, Mr. Porter's verse: Kim, Proof's verse: Partial Em, partial I dunno.

Finally some one agrees with me ,i always though that it was about the mis understanding that he had with proof when Eminem blew up in the 1st place .

Porters and Proof's verse are no doubt directly related to him .
