china...... before they were exploited, they functioned sucessfully for thousands of years... they were very self suficiant, and were the first to have paper money as curency.... they had some of the most brilliant minds in the world with very revolutionary ideas, yet very big on honoring tradition.... and then the "big" empires of the world... u.s., brittian, russia... they all fought over it and tried to exploit them and expose them to new ideas... china fought against it and tried best to preserv tradition... but u know...... i think its sad


ull have to exuse my lack of knowledge... i remeber learning about it in history... but, i have a bad memory... so.... i cant really give a very educated suport for my answer...... i need to go back to school i feel so dumb... i used to be so smart wtf happened to me?

I think Aztecs - that's one of sparse historic periods, which i'm interested in lol. Everything was ok till the Europeans came and fucked it all up. Christianisation - who needed it? All Europeans wanted was gold. They lived there, after Toltecs and Olmecs and it was their own continent, they used to have their own wars, rules, history, religions.. Shit, I feel like we destroyed something really great back in that time.

But they were able to conquer other tribes, enslave them and eventually destroy [something you should admire lol ]. Their mythology is fascinating I think.
They've built Tenochtitlan on the island in the middle of a lake, developed it to a really big city, and what's more important, had an enormous knowledge about astronomy.

Egypt was great too, I admire them as much as Aztecs. Maybe even more, because it was harder to live in the middle of the desert.. But the thing that I mostly enjoy bout Egypt is their fantastic religion and lot of mystieries connected with their thumbs.. I wish I could go into a pyramide one day..

the best was ottoman Empire they lasted the longest, the wars they been on were hell but they made it through even with outdated weapons, and even in the end of ww1 they still couldnt be conquered

The chinese empire. It only went down when the rest of the world tried to went to war against them. I like history and the chinese is full of war and kings and plots and treachery. A bit like shakespeares stuff

But i dont know how people could like rome, those people had gladiators, slavery, hostile takeovers of countries, almost like hitler style.
