People are confused...

Late '09/early '10, there was practially no-one begging for Relapse 2. No, because most people were dissapointed with Relapse. First and foremost, with the accent, and also the content. So... Em dropped the accent, and changed direction (more emotion)...

So... where do we stand now? What do the fans want? Some have realised that Relapse wasn't so bad after all. Some are just really tired of Em's delivery/flow lately (delivery- & flow-wise, Relapse is great, most would agree on that)... And I think most people belong to the latter alternative (or maybe both).

In a survey conducted some months ago, members were asked whether "the accent" or "the screaming" were most annoying. I think the result was almost 50/50. This support the "2nd alternative" mentioned earlier.

Also, from HTS, most listed 'The Reunion' as one of the stand-out tracks (me too). And... not to unexpectedly, in this song, we have Em with a "normal" flow, and a "normal" delivery.

So... Once again, what do the fans want?... Well, to me, it seems quite obvious. People want a well-balanced album (content-wise etc...). People would probably complain if Em made a record without any screaming at all, so, once again, balanced, "use" it on a couple of songs, when it fits the lyrics (i.e. no forced shouting, just to shout). I also think people miss the story-telling, more of that!

I don't think Relapse 2 would be good. I believe those songs from Refill and other leaks like Oh No, Things Get Worse were supposed to be on it and also i believe other songs that still ain't leaked are worse than those leaks. I might be wrong though.
