Oh I'm sure he could have been.. He has that addictive personality.

The thing with pills, especially the kind he was taking, alcohol enhances the effects. Drink a few drinks and a pill or so and its like taking multiple pills. I'm honestly surprised he went that long without developing the addiction before he did.

Umm.. He did? He might have drink a lot but I don't remember it ever being a problem for him where he couldn't stop. If I remember correctly he just drank heavily on tour but would stop otherwise.
