when all of those songs came out their was Its Been Real Outro, as-well as goat and others do you think its been real and goat were intentionally supposed to be Eminem quitting songs because in goat
he talks about his career then quitting and how hes the best and no one can find someone like him same-way he said im out this mothafuckin game

Those were both obviously made when he was in the 'fuck it I am quitting once I walk out of the studio' mode.

Thank god he never actually went through with it.

Eminem implied he was going to quit when he said "I don't wanna quit, but shit, I feel like this is it!" in "Say Goodbye Hollywood" from TES. Also, when he said "Until the fire inside dies and expires at 30" which Eminem happened to be during 8 mile's release, and the release of the song "8 mile" in which he says "Sometimes I just feel like, quittin' I still might."

I honestly thought he was done, then suddenly Encore came out, and for an Eminem album I was slightly disappointed but I still played that shit constantly. THEN I thought he was done for sure, he was out of material. I'm just never going to doubt this guy from now on. He'll probably be back AGAIN with a new album in a couple of years and it will be as good as relapse/recovery.. that's my guess.

Next album will be better than both previous albums. That's my prediction.

But not til 2013. Followed by a World Tour with Dre, Slaughterhouse, D12 and Yelawolf. Then retirement and production.

I honestly, truly believe, he was preparing for death. And if he had died, they would have had an album ready to release that would be posthumous. I think "When I'm Gone" would be there, along with "Beautiful" "Goat" and "It's Been Real"...I think he was ready for death after Proof had died :'(

He's been talking about quitting since MMLP.

It's a good thing though, even if he doesn't mean to, he is keeping the fact that his career won't last forever in the back of our minds and we in turn appreciate his music/career even more.

I agree. Next one is going to be a hands down legit classic. Not just within Hip Hop but in his discography as well.

Yeah...hes going to have roughly two years to complete it...history definitely repeats itself with Em

SSLP (1999) the following year, roughly a year and a four months, MMLP (2000.)
Then the perfection in an album Eminem Show, releasing a side project in between Devil's Night (2001)

Relapse (2009) then Recovery to solidify his comeback
A side project with Royce...now....a classic is in the air :shifty:

If he is taking time then it would definitely be something real special and that's the key ,with Rappers touching so many different aspects of Lyricism and Content he is definitely doing the right thing bu not putting out an Album this year.

This, and I think he can tell that lots of people think that too. He needs to sit and think of what to discuss next. He's got a lot of topics he could do, really. I can see a song like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-18B8bPc9o with him dissing his fans and whatnot saying that he can never really win with them (And he kinda can't, as of recently) and that he doesn't give a fuck about what we think. If he does that, then I'm sure we'll get a classic, I believe in the dude. :y:
