i found out how
play the video that you want
go to your temp internet folder there will be a file with the name get_video[1] or something
make sure you have file extensions turned on and put .flv at the end
get Riva FLV Encoder and use it to encode the video to mpg

:) :)

when i try to change it as getvideo and then click on the new link it doesnt work :S
