I need to lose 35 pounds in a month

Any ideas? I need to make it down to 215 lbs. before my first wrestling meet on December 7th, I'm currently right around 250 lbs. Anybody have an amazing way to lose that kind of way? A special diet perhaps? A workout routine that you would recommend? I'll already be wrestling staring the 21st so there's already that, but I was wondering if there was anything extra you guys would say I should do to drop it.

It's a hormone that you inject. It takes away your hunger pangs, and allows you to only eat 500 calories per day. It's okay though, because you're burning through the excess fat you have stored. You should lose 1-2 pounds a day on it.

It's also fairly safe, due to the mechanisms it works on.

Well, doctors can prescribe amphetamines to children, so I'm sure it's probably legal for them to do so with a hormone.

You would probably need parental consent though.

There are drops of HCG that you put under you tongue that you can get without a prescription, but it's been hit or miss with them. Some people claim that they work as well, others say different.

It's worth a try. At least look into it, read up on forums where people have used it. HCG is probably the safest way to lose weight (very) quickly. Do your research though, as I'm not as knowledgeable on the subject of hormones as I am drugs.

stay away from sugars fats, and carbs... no bread or anything.. even fruits contain natural sugars...

your best bet for meals would be plain chicken breasts with nothing added, and a salad with cucumbers no dressing...
also drink lots of water... nothing else. unless its fat free skim milk..
its also better to eat frequently throughout the day rather than 3 big meals..
eating less amount, but more frequently speeds up your metabolism.
and exercise on top of that.

or you could do what desperate people do and starve yourself or vomit after you eat lol :shifty:

I have a pretty good idea of what I'm going to do. I can't take HCG though because apparently the MHSAA outlaw it under their substance policy.

I'll just cut by working hard/dieting smart. Thanks for all the help guys :thumbsup2:
