Who's to say that any unreleased music will be released after his passing? He hinted as such in No Apologies, but if he doesn't want the public to hear the majority of it because he thinks that it's rubbish, then there's a credible chance that the music will remain un-released (perhaps because family/friends respect his views).
We can hope that there will be an influx of new music, but I can't see the process being quick, easy or free. And similarly, I can't see it all being released at once.
