If this was such a serious issue, FreeSpeech would have not had time to upload such a lengthy PDF to the internet.

If I had proof that such a mass amount of weaponry was being shipped to a location, and that some sort of agency was onto me, I'd get to a location where they had internet access, such as a library, and get into contact with someone I trust, and inform them to inform the government.

I'd set up two email accounts on two seperate computers in the library, one for me to send the PDF, and the other for my friend to log onto to download and print the PDF, again at a location other than their home with internet access.
