Things Eminem could do to TRULY be shocking

I think one of the only thing that Em could do (this idea won't be popular here) is poke fun of Muslims or Allah. Any time someone does do that, there's always some kind of rioting in some third world country or highly Muslim-believing country. If he did that, he would fill that void of shocking rapper.

That would be a wrong move and would end in a check mate for him. He dissed Everlast in "I Remember" and "Hit 'em up" , in both songs the word Muslim was distorted. He's lucky that he got out of that without any major turmoil, that doesn't mean he can take advantage of the situation.

Doing this would add another feather to the Racism slur that's held up against him.

If he happens to shock or offend as an upshot of an interesting, creative or purposeful concept then I think that's fine, if he can justify it in some way...

You can justify The Marshall Mathers LP as it's reactionary. It's reactionary and there's character-play and self-revelation and tongue-in-cheek (though there always is with him) and... the album itself is a concept in the sense of 'becoming' all criticisms and assumptions.

But if he descends into just saying the most offensive thing possible for the sake of it... that's pointless. That's what Bizarre does. Obviously Eminem can always be creative or witty to a degree and his lyricism and structure are focused, so it never seems as cheap or tacky...

Still though, I think he should be aiming to come up with original concepts and pushing the boundaries by being bold and daring, and inventive. Just picking the most easily offended people and provoking them isn't doing that though, I can do that.

You know that Muslims have the same god as Jews and Christians right? The only different is that they think that Jesus isn't the son of god, they have some different customs, and they believe the last prophet wasn't Jesus, it was some other guy ( If forget the name right now but I want to say Alla?) Oh, and, in their religion God goes by many different names, not "God." Yea, that's what I got from an American education.
