every fan loves TES MMLP, but Em will never make the same kind of record again, no matter how hard you push it. again, PEOPLE CHANGE, do you think about the same stuff or speak or behave like 10 years ago?

Um the difference is back then he was genuinely angry at real things - like being labelled a bad influence on kids, like being treated differently because he was white, like by being bashed by gay activists, like dealing with real beefs with ICP, Ja Rule and Murder Inc, like being blasted by senior political figures for his lyrics, like being taken to court by his mother, like his turbulent relationship with Kim.

Now what is he angry at? Fictional "whores" that he bangs on about every fucking verse? At a Whitecastle employee? Lol anyone who thinks he is genuinely expressing his anger these days has gotta be stupid. He can shout all the fucking likes but it doesn't mean shit if he is shouting at completely fictional made up bullshit concocted in his own mind.

He's made one genuinely, sincerely angry record since his comeback which is "The Warning" - the track that is possibly his best since his return because it was so genuine and contained real animosity toward real people. I'd also accept his verse on "Take From Me" as being genuinely angry, if not to the same level of anger. Outside of that, I really wouldn't count him being mad at some fictional "ho" for speaking to him the wrong way ("The Reunion") as sincere anger.

I don't think he sounds angry more so than he does HUNGRY.

Listen to Almost Famous and Above The Law - does he sound pissed? Yes, but he's not angry at anything, he sounds hungry as FUCK though!

And realistically, he doesn't even have that many verses on whores...it's just basically any features he's been on, which I really don't give a fuck about.

Yea I completely agree that he was hungry on Recovery - for me it's a solid 8/10 album and I love songs like Cold Wind Blows, Talkin 2 Myself, Almost Famous, Going Through Changes and 25 To Life.

It's strictly post-Recovery content that I'm talking about.
