You mean to imply that he still lives in the stone age? :facepalm

Yes, because using a pen and a paper in 2011 is on some Amish shit.

“Reading the lyrics the first day—I copied and pasted what Em sent. I didn’t want to fuck up however he wrote it. If you look at how the rest of the lyrics [in the booklet] are written, it’s line by line. Eminem’s lyrics are a paragraph he sent. I was like, ‘I don’t even know how this rhymes. I don’t know how it connects.’

Yeah, This reminded me when Amadeo speculated that Eminem writes in paragraphs. Or was it EminemInsider? I don't remember.

Amadeo wrote:Eminem's writing a paragraph on Obie's new album?

After Proof died, Obie and I stopped speaking. We were definitely homies but after his second album we grew apart. Now it's good that we've finally settled our differences. And Obie's just one of the many friends I've reconciled with ever since I got clean. It's time that I squash all the beefs and the dramas in my life and focus on the important things, like raising my kids and doing the music that I love, and never worrying about haters.

Cool. Now, just split up some sentences and add in a few words for rhyming purposes:

After Proof died, OBIE and I stopped speaking
We were definitely HOMIES but our friendship was weakening
But after his second album we grew apart
But now we've settled our differences, fresh new start
And Obie's just one of the...MANY FRIENDS
...that I've now reconciled with, EVER SINCE...
...I got clean, but it's time that I squash all the beefs...
And the dramas in my life, 'cause it's not what I need
And focus on all of the important THINGS...
Like raising kids and my music, never worrYING
About haters, 'cause you know what, fuck the hataz
They can criticize, but they know I'll always be the greatest

Didn't Eminem mention in his book "The Way I Am" that he writes all over the page?

We're talking about current Eminem's writing process.

Like someone already mentioned, that was brought up just a few months ago in an interview with Em, and he said he couldn't write on his Blackberry because he writes so much and it's so scattered that he wouldn't know how to keep it organized on a screen [whatever that means, because his lyric sheets are chaotic] and he would have to keep scrolling up and down to look at what he'd written earlier. When he writes on paper, he said it's all in once place and he can look at everything at once.

Good read... it makes a lotta sense too as what he's talking about was the point of this collabo from day one but people didn't get the song 'cuz of its simplicity.
Most likely 'Radioactive' is gonna flop commercially but critically it's pretty damn solid IMO & it got a lotta good reviews overall.

So wait... Yela actually re-wrote his verse?

Damn how wack must his original verse have been if that what he ended up recording is already garbage

I never understood your hatred towards him tbh, would you mind telling me why?

His rhyming is sub-par, and his flow is usually all over the place. His content not appealing to me either, but that's subjective.
He talked about delivering a classic album with every song being special, but when I listen to Radioactive I hear the same old talk with poppy beats and a lot of female hooks. He doesn't portray any message whatsoever in his music.
Yelawolf is so severely overrated by the people on here. Only on an Eminem fansite, where the people are blinded by the fact he's signed to Shady, he'll be able get so much love.

He probably wrote it on paper like always and typed it up to send. :coffee:

Mr.DGAF wrote:Oh shit man. I was reading the last part of this, of how eminem sent his verse in paragraph form. It reminded me of a joke Amadeo made a while ago about him writing his stuff in a paragraph and breaking it up for songs.

Damn man, if thats how he is doing it now, it may be very problematic. No wonder his structure is so off now.

I thought of the same thing! But I don't really mind it.

Did he say or describe in any way that he writes in a particular way?
