Recovery

re-release. I know this has been a rumor for about a year now, but any chance of it do you think? Not do you know, because nothing was ever reported or confirmed in regards to it.

Would hope he would take some time while recording new music to put out the re-release with Cocaine on it.

Thoughts?

I think it's too late, unless Em's putting off his next album for a while.

too late for that now i'd say. Plus i would much rather him release a brand new fresh album with a whole new concept. He has already talked about his relapse and now his recovery I am really interested in what direction he will go with the next album... theme wise, artistically, content. It's going to be interesting. Its just a matter of when, I have a feeling its going to be a while for a new album. I also believe he will only crank out two more studio albums and then leave the game for a bit or for good, but thats my opinion and a whole other story :p

Honestly, I could see him putting out a mixtape before he puts out a Re-Release of Recovery. Or some sort of solo EP. If he did re-release it, that'd be nice, but I don't see it.

any possibility he will be on 50 cent's ep coming out next week? They recorded a few songs recently (probably for the album though)

I heard they recorded 4 songs together. So it's possible, since I doubt 50 Cent would want to put 4 Eminem collabs on his album, so the ones left over he might put on that.

So is The Slim Shady LP, The Marshall Mathers LP, The Eminem Show, Encore, Eminem Presents: The Re-Up, and Relapse.

But yet Em still brings up those albums.

Even though I liked HTS, it wasn't that good. Royce might of even been better then Em on the EP, which is something you don't think about happening most often. Tbh, Em's rhymes were lazy. Talking about food as always, saying the word cunt 5000 times, among other lines.

Yeah but I want leaked songs AFTER Relapse Refill. All the scrapped songs like Cocaine. I love that song. Perfect concept record, message, beat, chorus, etc. Idk why he scrapped that song, it should of made the cut for Recovery.

Thing is, I don't think Em has EVER put out a official mixtape. He did the Clinton Sparks shit, with the Dirty Steve skit, & a few freestyles, but I want one that's fully him on it, with all of the scrapped songs from the Recovery sessions. Know what I mean?

Yeah man, I'd love that. And I agree about the second part.

InsaneTRex94 wrote:I doubt there would be a Recovery Re-release, I think he's out of that mindstate, he's flushed everything out about it. Recovery was all about him just getting everything that was bottled up and letting it out.

I doubt he'd put out a mixtape, he doesn't do mixtapes. I don't think there are any real mixtapes he's put out other than The Re-Up, I guess the ones with Green Lantern could count, and the anger management one. He hasn't really done a solo mixtape like most artists do.

This. I totally agree, and you made some good points here about his mind set during the Recovery sessions. Never thought about it like that but it's true.

And yeah, that's what I'm saying (about the mixtape idea) lol. Exactly what I just said before I read your comment here :shifty:.

I think he'll be on there. They recorded a lot of material recently that we know of.

Still, I bet there's maybe one Em feature.

By the way, is Em ever gonna produce again? I may be the only one out of a lot of people that LOVES his beats. That's just me though.

No. Key Words: "Still brings up those albums." Yeah he references them, but he never did a re-release of any of those. I would love him if he did that, no matter what project it is.

Sorry for this long ass comment lol.

Em doesn't need to do a mixtape either. Anything he sells will go by the bucketload. Also, Em's just not a mixtape artist. He doesn't WANT to do mixtapes, he needs a theme.

Idk about that, I liked a lot of his beats but not all. Most of his Eminem Show beats were good. I think he's gonna be doing just coproduction like he did on Radioactive, and on Where I'm At and a few other tracks he's been featured on. Just like "oh this shit sounds nice, but what if I added this, this might make it sound good" and he does it. I don't think he'll be producing a ton, he'll probably do something for the SH album tho.

Yeah probably.
