Fansdown actually made sense. It wasn't just pure hate. It was a serious response to a serious issue. That issue being Em's imminent descent into yet another phase of sub-par lyricism.

This is just gonna be a bunch of blind stans kissing Em's ass for the sake of kissing Em's ass.

god damnit

yeah hate to say it, but the #fansdown movement actually made sense in a lot of ways. they were not haters, they were fans who were sick of seeing their favorite rapper deliver less than he was capable of and they actually tried doing something about it. koolo is one of the biggest stans out there.

Em has been inconsistent imo the past couple years. i liked relapse and some of recovery. and i think he has shown he still has it with shit like "the warning" "a kiss" "the reunion" "bet cypher" but he has also put out some shit, let's not kid ourselves. we would all love to see a mmlp/tes type eminem return

i never participated in it, i was neutral. but i did agree with some of the things they had to say tbh. i hate when eminem fans blindly like an eminem song because it is eminem. a lot are too afraid to criticize, or admit a song it bad because it's there favorite artist, i myself am guilty of this as well.

I sincerely hope so, and I pray that maggoty waste of sperm Koolo is legitimately dead, rotting in the sun-baked sands he was buried in. I would go to his grave, dance on it (I'm an awful dancer, +1 disrespect), dig his body up and punch the fuck out of his til the jaw unhinged with which I would continue to piss in his mouth, take D12's words literally and shit on him like chicken cordon bleu then stuff his piece of shit body back into that pit it was originally excavated from.

For anyone reading this and who isn't a member, welcome to TR motherfuckin Shady

This actually adds fuel to the fire, those morons can use this as another point to add to the stupid mothafuckin movement. Any king of movement against any Artist is not acceptable, may it be for good or bad.

We are protesting against someone who thinks about us, the real protest should be against the unlawful things that are being committed around us every single day.

I always supported it as long as the message was respectful and constructive. Em's "Throw It Up" verse marked a career low since Encore in my opinion, and I didn't have anything against his fans letting him know.... I know for damn sure that no-one in his circle would ever bring it to his attention.

Did everyone suddenly forget who the fuck Eminem is?

His whole career was grounded on not giving a FUCK what anyone thinks. Why would this be any different? If he responds to this in any way, I'll be floored.

I promise to never go back on that promise, in fact
Let's be honest, that last "Relapse" CD was ehhh
Perhaps I ran them accents into the ground"

I've come to make it up to you no more fucking around
I've got something to prove to fans cause I feel like I've let em down
So please accept my apology I finally feel like I'm back to normal"

That has nothing to do with the point I just made.

The Cypher Verse is more recent, that itself is a proof that he's doing the same insane shit. "Throw It Up" is something that was average and no one expected it, that's why there's some hate here and there. He's taking time that itself is a proof that he gonna amaze us once again. But the thing the dry spell that he's putting out is getting bored. I was listening to the hook on Jezzy's song over and over to convince myself that Eminem will drop something sooner or later. :coffee:

No offense to anyone supporting one of these movements but they are both equally stupid.

One movement is basically based off of one random feature being released just a few weeks after an amazing cypher verse, a solid EP (that wasn't even intended to be an ep at first just a bunch of random songs) and two incredibly solid albums.

I mean damn that verse wasn't even meant to be taken that seriously, he was using soulja boy flow for crying out loud.

The other is just aimless butt kissing.

Ok, I see what you mean. The guy is older and more mature nowadays, but if any artist were to give in to fans' demands as far as style and quality of the music, they sacrifice their integrity as an artist. Last time I checked, Eminem was a musical artist.

Plus, who knows what he's gonna give us next project? That's what I love about his work, anytime he makes some "ehhh" music, I know he'll switch it up after a while. That's why I don't complain when he's not putting out THE BEST CONTENT OF HIS CAREER. If any movement should be started, it should be by Marshall himself.
