I mean street as in gangster rap, he's not gangster rap, or a lyrical artist, he's just a rapper.

You might wanna go back and listen to Cheers again. Some of it is hood. (plus some of his underground stuff) He can be pretty lyrical, some of the words he rhymes, his words can be complex. He don't get credit, like I said underrated.
