She definitely didn't forget the song; she performed it on stage with him at least once (in England). Maybe she likes the same and has a sense of humor. Plus, the song Stan probably paid her enough money to put baby Stanley through college.

The fact she's naming her child after a character obsessed with Eminem, in order to... honour and homage Eminem for giving her... her break...

A couple interesting things from this...
1) Dido had this kid in JULY. Props for being able to keep it a secret until now, that's incredible with all the paparazzi and phone-hacking tabloids and shit going on.
2) Dido's full name is Dido Florian Cloud de Bounevialle O'Malley Armstrong. Wow.

I hope she explains why she named him Stanley in an interview or something eventually, because it could either be a coincidence, or just awesome.
