A writer? I mean, I know we have the CW and all, but does anybody on this site actually write for a living. Like, articles for the paper or even more advanced things, like scripts and what not? I'm hoping to pursue some sort of writing in the future, and wanted to know if anyone here was really experienced or some shit like that.
You'd be surprised...

I have written many sales-letters for people, for money... which they were all pleased with.

I also used to run an Internet marketing blog, where I must have written hundreds of original articles. And then I have my Eminem blog where I've written nearly one hundred so far.

I'm probably going to attempt serious writing (books, I have numerous ideas) in my 20s (21 currently), but I'm not an employed / professional writer at present, I've just always been good at it.

Not sure exactly what it is you want to talk about, PM me if you like though.

I write screenplays, but that's about it. I dislike the proces of translating my often visual thoughts to words. It ALWAYS sounds better in your head, I envy people who can write well.

So you write screenplays? Because that is specifically the type of writing I'm trying my hand at. Do you have any actual completed ones yet?

I'm doing Journalism for GCSE at the moment, not sure that's the type of writing you're looking for though.

Well, journalism is my fall back at the moment, I do some amateur stuff in that regard. But my main passion is screenplays. I don't know how particularly realistic that passion is, but regardless, that's what I'm pursuing.
