He can spit :y: and the lyricism is on point.

I think I like this song more than the last one but both are not bad. He kind of sounds like he only has really one type of delivery though.. but I don't know.. maybe that's just my American ears.

Yeah his lyricism is his biggest strength in my option.

I know what you mean about his delivery, but check out "Community Take Back". He switches his delivery up there.

Im not really that into UK rappers, but I would be willing to bet that if you gave it a real shot and listened to them a whole lot then the accent would not bother you and they would sound different. I think thats how it pretty much goes when getting used to any type of accent.. at first you cant get past it and they all sound the same, but then you stop noticing it after awhile. Atleast thats been my experience.

Edit: Unless you are saying that their content/style is similar and not delivery.
