I agree that making your 2 year old daughter an accomplice in her mother's murder is more disturbing than choking the mother, slitting her throat and killing her, just because the toddler's involved in the first scenario. And the lyrics are also more disturbing than Kim, particularly the baby-talk delivery and vocabulary throughout the whole song. But for me, the contrast in Kim between the sweet, loving father of a 2 year old and the psychotic, violent and crazed husband is stunning, and that's what gives it the edge over Bonnie & Clyde in my book.
