‎B.o.B. talks about Eminem and working with him on "Airplanes Part II" ―

“I'll Be in the Sky was when Eminem initially heard or caught wind of my existence and from that point, you know, it's just kinda.. tryina get linked up and eventually we got in the studio which resulted in "Airplanes (Part II)" & the other record that leaked, called "Things Get Worse"”

• On Eminem and dealing with the pressure of working with mega artists like him:

"You definitely wanna live up to the fullest caliber of the artist you could be when you in the studio with Eminem because ur just not gonna be crazier than Eminem on a song, you know what I'm sayin'... that's his world, he's the king of that!"

• On recording "Airplanes Part II" :: “With Airplanes, I actually wasn't in the same studio with him, but um... the Part 2 was actually the first version I recorded, so for me that was like, the more organic creation of what I felt wit hearin' the hook. But, uh..it was just instant how it all unfolded because I was in the studio and it's like, you know me, I'm musical [laughs]. I'm like, playing keys & chords and all this & then Eminem's like, "Man, Bob, man, just come to the dark side, man." [laughs] And so, we're just [mimics playing guitar], we got 8 Mile going... [laughs]”
