-have quick reply
-be able to embed youtube vids just from the main URL, and have an embed button like on KTT
-also have embed buttons for youtube audio, soundclick, and vimeo
-integrate the site with facebook, twitter, and RSS feeds
-have the homepage trshady.com be updated. it looks ancient and is not updated. it makes a terrible first impression for first time visitors. It's full of broken links, old articles, and bad pictures.
-allow new users to send messages and not have their posts approved. IDK why this is a problem, I know there is spam but just have a CAPTCHA or something for new users
-censor every mention of LTWYL and replace it with a picture of Jessica Alba
-make just a Music section, no Hiphop/General Music/Aftermath/Shady records/whatever else sections. Maybe they can be useful if the site gets traffic again, but for now they hurt it. Separating General Music and Hip Hop is just ignorant btw.
-have notifications whenever someone quotes you
-only embed one quote, it's looks fucking horrible when there are a dozen quotes all together
-take away signatures. I know I've made some cool ones, but they make the forum look cluttered and ugly. Maybe allow a line for text linking to your youtube page or something, but no pics. It just looks like an old site, and it's ugly.
-have an instant messager, tho i understand if this would be hard to do/a long term project
-be able to have friends/follow users like on KTT
-make the hompage and the forum look the same, they're basically different sites.
-have constantly updated Eminem/related artists news on the hompage, like KTT. It will bring in more visitors
-have a "latest posts" feed on the side, like KTT
-have a creative section, not separate audio/producing/art sections. again, maybe this can be changed once the site is more active
-automatically resize avatars so it isn't a bitch to do
-resize posted images to automatically fit in posts and not run off the page. C'mon.
-make the site look aesthetically pleasing. It just looks like it is stuck in 2004. Make it cleaner. Just go play on KTT and see how much nicer it is.
