Obviously, the managed, brandish, plan is, advantage scheme.
The "is" in "plan is" when used with "to" makes "Is to" which rhymes with "pistol" from the previous line.
"Bullshit" is an inverse of "pistol".
"Use this" is arguably an inverse of pistol, not totally sure about this one.
