How would you feel if Em got outshined on a track?

I'm not saying a typical Bad Meets Evil track, I'm talking Em's collaborator completely renegaded him.

How do you think Em would feel? Would this affect his his writing? Affect his opinion on himself, his music? Affect his fans opinions on him?

But more importantly: how would it make YOU feel?

there are rappers that can renegade him so why does it matter if he collabs with them and they renegade him. I would respect him more if he actually got on a track with rappers that could renegade him

I imagine he'd react like he used to when he lost battles: get depressed and pissed for a while and then come back wanting to prove himself again.

Not close enough. Where I'm At (which is Lloyd's track btw, not Em's) is a below average verse by Em and an average/above average verse by Banks. Renegade had 2 great verses but one of them (Em) was that much more phenomenal.

Idk.. that's just my opinion on the term "Renegade".

I honestly think Budden > Crooked I in that song but I guess I would count that if I considered Em's verse "great". I mean I liked it but..idk..

Yeah, Budden was hard as fuck too, but he just doesn't seem to care when he raps. Like he's the least interested of all of them.

There's nothing to feel because that would NEVER happen. It's hard to explain. It's not necessarily about the lyrics. It's like when I heard "Forever" for the first time, I seriously could not "hear" anything on the track until Eminem's verse. It's like that with any Eminem collab. I simply never hear the other artist. It's weird. I have to listen to the song a lot in order to even notice the other artists. I know it's fucked up, but that's a Stan for you. Sorry.

I know what ya mean bro, he speaks so well and sounds so good that you hear him the first time so easily, idk what it is or how he does it but he just does it. His voice is amazing.

I think it would affect him the same way it affected Jay-Z on Renegade: Not at all. At this point in his career I don't think he minds letting other rappers shine. His place as one of the greatest is set.

I wonder who would be better or if they'd be equal if he and Nas did a track together.
