They already did, the following year they put Em at number one. 2009 he was left off the list, 2010 he was voted number one. So, i doubt they will do it 2yrs in a row because its MTV and they lost a credit in the past years.

Respectable MC, not anywhere near most of my favorite rappers' levels, but respectable nonetheless. Cole's World was a good album and his mixtapes are fire... He'd be the best on that list (besides Em, obviously) and I think he'd crack top 5 if he was on there.
