Oh my ok I may be ranting just a little but but I would like to get a little something of my chest.

I cannot stand the way some people here as well as other forums behave when getting new music from Em. The reactions are blasphemous, how in the hell can you judge his verse when you havent even heard 10 seconds of it. Like really. Not to mention the over reacting everytime he drops a verse and then the overwhelming love for it months later.

It is like ever since the internet/forum world has gotten bigger everyone chooses to jump on top of this bandwagon and go along with what the next person says. Yes some may actually have certain feelings for some songs but most are just useless troll like commentary which is shocking coming from people who have been fans of him for years.

What is also irritating is the fact that some of his stuff is crucified when in all reality it is actually decent and sometimes even better than what most people are releasing. Yes he has had some hiccups with his work but is the hate really worthy? Eminem has hit his peak and I am sure we all agree with that but some people live in la la delusional land expecting him to come back and turn into what he WAS. Why we have lived through that, why get stuff we have already had the pleasure of having? And even if we did there would still be complaining because he is acting immature or yadda blah blah.

Also there is also old Em vs. new Em. how about we all fucking accept what he is giving us and stop having high ass expectations. Trust me it is when you do that, that you will fully be able to enjoy what he gives out. It isnt like this forum is the only one that has fallen victim to this cycle. Hell ,Whitney before she died, Michael and the list goes on of legends, have been shunned by their fans the same way. It gets to the point where that star has reached a level of artistry and fame that no one could ever imagine. Eminem has hit that peak yet still delivers with new stuff that on its own merit is refreshing from his previous work. Isnt that much better than recycling the same shit? He is a grown ass man now he wont be the same man that he was over a decade ago. For those who are saying "this will be his saving grace, if this isnt good I have no hope" are you really serious, or are you just saying that to say it. Judging his current state with his artistry off of a few tracks that he FEATURED on that werent even on his own album are going to get you to hang up the towel. Fucking really?

Fuck I just cannot stand some fanbases lately. And I know this was a long rant but I just needed to vent. I think it would be much better to for the next release of his studio album to listen to it on your own, off the computer and analyse it with solely your opinions. If people do that Im sure you will enjoy it for what it is instead of bandwagonning, I miss the old days where you would physically buy that album and have a religious experience listening to the album you waited YEARS to hear. I am just annoyed by some people acting as if they are entitled to shit and act like they know more about what is better for the artists music. Eminem still loves music and if he still has that passion it will show. He isnt some new cat in the game, he knows how it works he is a damn VETERAN now have some fucking HOPE!
