Probably not. Sounds finished to me - I could be wrong, as I'm no expert, but... often producers seem to say this without having heard the 'leaked' versions.

I think they just assume it, so I reckon he's assuming it's an unmastered or unfinished version leaked when it's actually the real thing.

Even if it's not, I always hear producers or rappers say like "OMG IT'S NOT EVEN >CLOSE< TO FINISHED!!" and then it comes out officially and sounds exactly the fucking same.

Yeah, I figured as much. Maybe it's me working in music a lot more lately, or it was just that obvious, but as soon as I heard it, I knew it wasn't CDQ.

I liked Em's hook and his verse towards the end but the start just didn't click for me.

I'm an all around Em fan too. From Infinite up until his latest 2012 releases I listen to.
