Your first song seems to be an improvement on the whole "rapping on beat" thing.

Your quality is still pretty bad, but picking up a cheap mic will improve that.

Most of the songs are still off-beat, but the first one is definitely closer.

I think you might have a Lag problem on your recording or something, what program do you use???.. and why haven't you cleaned your sound yet, you've been doing this for a while, go on and search how to properly mix, its not making it enjoyable.

If you really want people to listen to it, then put more effort. Music is not all about the lyrics you know, its about the process as well. Be more careful when making songs.

It does actually seem like an improvement from everything I've heard from you before, but you still need to research more my man.

Audacity is all well and good, but I'd recommend downloading Reaper if you want a better DAW. They don't make you buy the license to use it, and it's a fully functioning program. It's a little more complicated at first, but anyone can figure it out without much trouble at all.

The microphone thing. I would highly recommend getting a different mic, any mic would work. I've literally seen cheap ass mics at The Dollar Tree that would probably fair better than what you got. I know money can be tight, but there has to be a way to make 10 bucks and pick up something from Radioshack or Walmart.

That's where I would start, and I bet your quality would benefit tremendously.

I'm callibg major fucking bullshit, if you really do use such a shit mic, there is no fucking way you had a record label send you a letter (which I remember you making a thread talking anout something like that).

If you weren't lying, show us proof then. Show us proof from the letter, block out anything you don't want us to see, but give proof.

There is no way a company contacted you if you're using a fucking Rock Band 2 mic...From PS2.

As i said after that, it turned out not to be a record deal, it was a promotional thing where they would help promo me if i paid for packages, i don't have that file no more cuz idk who would keep a file you don't need after 2 weeks.

i even searched my recycle bin and it's not there but they sent me a long pdf file about the package deals they offer, and those package deals had a possibilty of being a record deal if i gained enough interest, so basically, they had me thinking i had something, so i would send them hundreds of dollars for promo packages that could have resulted in nothing, i was not about to take a gamble on something that stupid.

and the mic is not cheap and plastic, i just looked at it and was wrong, the rockband mic i used to have i gave to my sister when she bought some high school musical game, i am using a logitech.
