Don't underestimate Jay that much, that being said, Eminem's best > Jay's, Eminem's worst < Jay (as in Jay was better). People these days know eminem for Relapse, Recovery, & H:TS (kinda). These aren't his best and his new fans don't listen to his old shit and it gets, sadly, disregarded. Jay is known for more, that's just what happens when you take a 5 year break. Eminem's first three albums > Jay's discography but in terms of consistencey I'd give to jay (even though anyone can win that prize when compared to eminem, encore ruined him really)
