Encore has some songs with just random babble, but their is a bunch of great content in their too.

Yeah agree with this 100% the fact Encore had Mockingbird, Like Toy Soldiers, Yellow Brick Road, Mosh etc great Songs with great Content where as RElapse only had Beautiful and Deja Vu so it definitley is Relapse

The topic should've been which one is better not worst.encore is the only bad album he's done.Relapse is a very good album content wise.i rate it alongside Recovery.SSLP is fuckin classic.i'll put it just below Mmlp and Tes.
