Because it sucks. My internet has been down for the last four hours, I have to edit a video for school and the stupid thing is in the wrong format, and I can't convert it because I have no internet. The antivirus has been broken for months. It's just a piece of shit.

Apparently the internet thing was a problem with Comcast in general, they're out today working on the line. I'm still trying to figure out the stupid video though. It's finally in the right format but I have no idea how to edit it.
