The only person who comes to mind when someone says "Eminem" is Royce da 5'9". But they both have 2 different flows (You can see this in "The Reunion"). And Em has more experience with his flow. Royce is still dope, though. Just not "Em" status.

2pac was better, not by alot but he was clearly better.. i think the difference was Pacs voice, u could hear the passion, it was like he was spitting it from his soul.. like when he rapped even as a crack-fiend mama, u always was a black queen mama... he poured his soul into that line and the whole song

Eminem's done lines like that, emotion isn't only a 2Pac thing. Eminem and Pac just approach emotion in different way but have both touched on all emotions. Eminem focused more on anger, PAC had more of a passion/revenge filled voice for the most part. They both have touched on sadness, happiness, etc. I don't know how to explain it, they just do these things different. Oh, and I know you'll disagree just by your name. I can see there is no point in arguing with a 2Pac Stan if that is what your gonna come off as.
