I like Christina, and she works a lot with DJ Premier (infact, DJ Premier's most famous song is one he did with Christina), so it would be good if he produced the track (if it exists).

I don't really want Em to rap on dance beats though. I think Em is actually one of the few that can attain commercial success without doing that, since he's just got such a huge, devoted fanbase.

But, as the OP said, hip hop is struggling a lot now. If it keeps going this way, then it's going to get to the stage where major record labels will no longer sign hip hop artists, and they'll stop getting played on MTV, recognized at award shows, etc.
