Commented on the thread in Hip Hop Domain as well but I figured I'd comment in the right thread. It's really not bad, it's just commercialized. At least they got Cee-Lo instead of Justin Beiber or someone like that to do the hook. I could see this getting radio play and is ultimately a better choice for a single than Hammer Dance.

With that being said, I hope this is the most commercial song on the album. Hope the other songs lean more towards Hammer Dance than My Life.

I like it. They needed a song like this. This isn't an underground album, they're dropping on interscope so yea you knew a mainstream sounding song was coming...flows are awesome though and I like the hook

This is great. The song's not even THAT mainstream (in theory). Slaughterhouse, Cee-Lo, Streetrunner and Sarom? It's not Alex da Kid. It's NOT horrible.

I want this to blow up, I don't want to be alone when (if) Slaughterhouse comes to Dublin.

Should have expected this lol. BUT it is a single and honestly its what they need to get there airplay. I know were sick of a poppy Eminem, but if he was on this as a feature and this hit the radio there album sales probably would have doubled... I'm sure they want to make it on their own though there absolutely capable of doing it with promotion. Over all Ill give it a 8/10 for now. Bumping this with the windows down on an 80 degree day might make it a 9/10

This is Slaughterhouse's best chance/way to reach out to the mainstream public, not counting Em. This has airplay-potential. Cee-Loo has the momentum for him going too. Good for them.
