I liked Saints Row 1, it was a good game. I liked the story, gameplay, cars, characters everything about the game was good. It was enjoyable to play.
I loved Saints Row 2, an awesome game that I constantly played. It was just like SR1, except everything about it was upgraded, Volition took the same game I liked and amplified everything I liked about it.
So needless to say, when I heard about SR3, I was completely psyched. I waited for it and it was really high up on the list of games I wanted to play. I rented it, brought it home, popped it in the Xbox and said goodbye to one of my favorite video game series.
I hate Saints Row 3, I hate Steelport, I hate that they killed XXXXX (sparring people from spoilers), I hate the driving controls, I hate the game in general. Predator Missles? Giant Purple Dildos? Character creation features skin colors like pink, purple, green, red, blue etc.... Seriously? Saints Row 3 doesn't feel like Saints Row to me, it's just silly- a joke.

I'm pretty much down to try any game online. I usually play these games online: SR3, GTA IV (both DLC too), Battlefield 3, Forza 3 (getting Forza 4 soon), Halo: Reach and Halo 3. I'm sure there are a load of other games I'm missing on that list that I play online... just can't think of 'em right now. But yeah, as I said, I'm usually down for anything. I have over 90+ games for the Xbox 360 alone so I'm sure I'd have a few games that you play online. Hopefully.

I also hope they put out a DLC gun pack for SR3, I'd like that a lot.

i got ps3

my parents are broke (last year i got one game for christmas)

so, i can only choose to get 1 game, is Saints Row 3 worth it?

Thanks. And, nice man. Will add you next time I go online. I plan to get Gears of War 3 real soon.

@Atone - SR3 is a great game. I've put over 70+ hours into the single player alone and still find the game still very fun. Co-op, as I said, is a blast. It's pretty over-the-top but that's what makes it so damn fun. It's definitely worth a purchase.

They got some banging tunes on the hip hop station in this game. Just bought this a few days ago. It's mad fun, I love it. The action and humor are so over-the-top that it's hard not to like this game.

I used to play Saints Row before but stopped because I played BF3.

I felt like SR3 was like the AC Revelations of the Saints Row franchise. It took out so much of the activities away (drinking, poker, drive-bys) that it felt like an unfinished game. I do like the character customization and the song choices though (I do wish there was some Eminem >>)
