In 5 years how will Recovery be looked upon?

Postby slimfan94 » May 7th, '12, 22:58

It's been out for about 2 years now, and it's started to receive less hate. Every album always goes through a period of hate but how will it be looked upon in 5 years? Will it age and become a classic? Or a good album? IMO it will be somewhere in between. Lyrically and writing wise I think it's a classic. However it's hooks and production will hold it back but I could see it ending up being a classic. I mean there have been classics with worse hooks and production.

Who gave it hate? Even people that complained, for the most part, gave overall good reviews.

Then you waste your time in this section if you don't even like his music. Go to other sections. If you didn't care for Em's music, you wouldn't be in this section everyday talking shit like you do.

Mad former Stans who do nothing but hate are worse than hardcore Stans. It's like you guys get off to hating on Eminem's music. Why don't you fucking grow up and get over his music then? :shakehead:

I think true Eminem fans love it and have loved it from the day it came out and also even those who may not be big Eminem fans love it for the Message, Deep meaning in the Lyrics people who may not be a big Em fans that the Album helped dealing with their trails and tribulations.

Same with The Eminem Show just for the Substance, Emotion, Depth, Deepness and overall connection of these records on these Albums that actually inspire people who going through pain these Albums by majority peoples standards for good Music will be classic and memorable.

You fuckers just throw around Stan all the mother fucking time with no connection to reality. Stan is not a regular fan, Stan is a psychopath. I don't give a shit about sections, I view active topics.
