I've read a lot of people saying Em has had surgery on his face, but I really can't tell tbh. I'm not exactly an expert in that area lol.

It was drugs, not exercising and eating shit. Vicodin ate his stomach lining, which made him hungry, and therefore he ate a lot. He ate crap like pizza and fast food and nachos all the time, and he stopped exercising and just generally stopped taking care of himself.

But I mean you don't get fat from vicodin, heh.... You just don't care. I've gotten high off vicodin before it only goes for like a few seconds but it has no effect on your eating patterns. He was just lazy as shit probably smoking a lot of weed with his drugs.
