Lello I was 350+ pounds awhile ago, now I'm 260 and dropping, all from the Palio diet (google it, my sister knows a lot about it and I don't) and playing college football. If you wanna lose weight fast, which you don't need to because you don't look over 300 tbh, then get on that diet and play football or any sport.

The transformation I did was crazy, look at the previous page for a before and after pic of me. Fuckin crazy man.
