It isnt tho, its all in your mind. Its black and white: either you eat healthy and exercise everyday or you dont. Its incredibly easy in fact, you have the solution to your problem right in front of you.
Im not trying to be a dick, but if you go into it thinking you might fail, you will. Just do it, on some Nike shit. Throw out all your junk food. Dont drink soda. Run. Do some pushups. Boom, you are healthier. Stop making excuses.
