That's because it is, easily.

Since you're here doe and you're the go-to guy for TDE around here, is BJ The Chicago Kid signed to the label? He's a great singer, I wonder if he has any albums.
There really is no information on him being signed to the label, but he has been said to be an in house singer by Punch (the President of TDE, however he's not the founder). I think he might just be an affiliate of TDE with a contract for making a certain amount of songs, but he's not signed as an act. Don't quote me on that because I'm not 100% sure, when I looked him up a while back I only found out that he has either wrote or preformed for Mary Mary, Musiq Soulchild, Stevie Wonder, Kanye West, Usher, Mario, Mary J. Blige, and Jamie Foxx. So, with that in mind, I doubt he's signed to TDE because he has already been making more money than them for some time along with coming into contact with A-List celebrities. There's probably a person in the TDE camp who had a personal connection to BJ the Chicago Kid. Now, I only own two of his mixtapes because those are the only ones I know of. They are the "A Taste of Chicago Mixtape" and "The Life of Love's Cupid." He also has lone songs here there as many artists do, I haven't taken the time to find them all, but I got around three.
Edit: I forgot to mention his album that can be found on iTunes, it's called "Pineapple Now-Laters." I suggest you look into it, he's an amazing R&B singer (which you noticed).
