The "Slim Shady" Character Theory

As some of us know, in the intro to The Slim Shady EP, Em is possessed by a ghost-thing named Slim Shady that he killed before.

Is it possible that Slim Shady was the guy described in Backstabber on Infinite? Maybe Marshall killed him, and when he sold his soul for a record deal, Slim saw it as an opportunity to get revenge by possessing him.

I'm probably reading too much into this, but maybe Eminem thought it that way. Who knows?

I know all that stuff, but maybe he thought the fictional version of the story present in My Darling a little in-depth.

Slim Shady's an excuse for him to release his real feeling. The same one that made him famous in the 1st place, and the same that almost ruined his life, so, as an end result, he kills Slim Shady in "When I'm Gone". That was his explanation. But, we all know all the songs that he did as Shady after that.

Em also mentioned that in the Behind The Boards interview w/ DJ Cipha Sounds in '07 if people remember. Him & Proof were going with the whole Western theme w/ their alter egos (Proof's was Dirty Harry).
