If you're like me and have a sweet tooth or like having dessert, trying having fresh strawberries or blackberries, or really any fruit for dessert. They have some natural sugar, so you satisfy the craving for something sweet that would ruin your diet if you ate something like ice cream, frozen yogurt, cake, etc, and they're really good for you.

Steak is mostly protein which the fatties should be eating lots of as it takes the longest to digest. I believe protein burns about 30% of the calories it contains just by being digested. It also means you stay satisfied for longer and feel hungry less frequently.
