You might want to put that hoodie down, you'll get shot.

Don't know if I should mention this, and I'm sorry to derail this thread, but. I donno if anyone has figured out that Alaina has a twitter? I don't necessarily want to give it out, because maybe people shouldn't flock to it, but it's definitely her. She posts current pictures of herself and her friends, her tweets make sense, and her friends (people from her area) that are obviously really them and not fake either talk to her and retweet her and all that.

For the most part, she seems like a down-to-earth nice literate enough person, and from time to time she'll mention Kim, pretty much always in glowing terms: "happy mother's day to the only person who will always be there for me. hero, love her" and "mom always knows how to make me feel better" type of stuff. (I guess she has just given the title of mother to Kim, instead of her bio mom, which makes sense, really. And yes I'm sure she's talking about Kim and not Dawn, because she refers to Hailie and Whitney as her 'sisters' and also we know that Kim has always been the one that has acted like a mother to her). I donno though, she posted some weird shit today about Kim ("mom") saying that men are wired differently from girls and that guys are "basically heartless."

Ugh, it just pissed me off. I hope that isn't what Kim is brainwashing her daughters into thinking. And here I thought she was being mature and supportive (the other stuff she says about her makes it seem like she more or less is). But telling your daughter(s) all "lovingly" and "supportively" that men are basically sociopaths? I just... I don't care if she's had bad experiences with guys, basically coming and saying "men are bad" is messed up. And if they take her seriously, they're going to end up total bitches that think they're entitled to mistreat guys on the idiotic presumption that men basically have no souls and that they are the oppressor and the enemy. :facepalm. Hopefully SOMEBODY sees through her BS (Lannie definitely doesn't. She seems to see Kim as this goddess overflowing with wisdom.)

Anyway, I'll probably delete this soon, just because I know it's maybe a bit weird (and maybe this isn't the right forum for it? I really don't know) I'm sometimes not sure where the line is on these kinds of things. I just saw that and was kind of taken aback. I mean, it's a public twitter account and she's an adult, so I don't feel THAT bad. But just wanted to see if anyone had thoughts...just being nosy i guess...

Geno wrote:@Erowid, you can post about his daughters and what not. You can't degrade them (as far as I know) since:

1. They're just kids.
2. It's not their choice to be famous
3. It's rude, especially if you're a fan of Eminem

And you can't post pics of them / links to their stuff whether it's theirs or fake since there's no 100% way to tell.

Nothing wrong with your post though man.

Cool. Thanks for the clarification. And just so we're clear, I hope it didn't sound like I was criticizing Lannie (though it WAS a bit of an irritated jab at Kim).

Although, with the "they're just kids" part.... Lannie isn't (technically. She's 19.) And true it's not their choice to be famous, but it IS her choice to have a public twitter. Don't get me wrong, I get what you're saying, and I agree with it, but there's a subtle difference between say, making a fan page of pictures of them or faking them or stalking their friends, or trying to friend them on facebook, and reading and having an opinion on a public twitter page made by an adult. I'm not judging them anymore than I judge my facebook friends (esp the ones who aren't really my friends) when they post stuff. We're all subject to that kind of scrutiny these days, not just celebrities.

Anyway, not trying to seem defensive, but just wanted to say I mean no invasion of privacy and no disrespect. I was more just venting about what I thought was a frustrating thing for Kim to say and to instill in her daughters. It wasn't really meant to be gossip about Alaina herself.

And I know it wasn't hard to find the account, lol(this is @ person's whose name I forgot...sorry). Never said it would be, but I just didn't want to be the one to announce it, that's all... And I guess it's technically against the rules, so it works out.
