I posted here for a reason. If I wanted my thread to be in a dead forum, I'd have posted it in the music forum.

Honestly, who the hell moves topics out of BACKSTAGE?

Music topic I made, asking people to drop some youtube links for new bands / singers I may not know.

If people would use the forum, it wouldn't be dead. It didn't belong in Backstage.

What is your stance on posting a topic in the correct section, and then posting a link to the topic in the backstage area?

That's what I did with his thread. I figured he posted in Backstage because more people check here, so I left a ghost topic in Backstage. People can still see it in Backstage, just like they would if I hadn't moved it, and if they want to click and contribute to the thread, then that's their decision.

The only sections really explored on this site are the Eminem section, Creative Writing, and Backstage/The Afterparty.

No real reason to movie it to General Music.
