If no-one else has the balls to say it... i will. If K-dot brings his "The City" fire- Eminem WILL get embarrassed lol. People say

Eminem is 10x more lyrical
K Dot is boring
Eminem will always be more entertaining

are obviously strong Eminem fans who have no regard for other rappers. At his best, he can out-rap anyone, but that is also true of the list of greatest emcees like Andre 3000 and in this case Kendrick. Looking forward to a dope concept and alternative beat like Cartoons and Cereal or something like that creatively.

for everyone who's saying that em might get embaressed... if em writes a verse for the song, then sees that the other dude out did him on his own track, em will go the fuck back, grab a happy meal, and write a crazy ass verse.

Just don't force it to yourself. I didn't really like him at first, then it just "clicked" haha.

Kendrick Lamar has so many good songs. Section.80 was an amazing album front to back and I regard every song as classic. Keisha's Song is fucking amazing. I can't really narrow down his best to a single song. A good one to get into him is "Buried Alive Interlude." That's one of the songs I suggest to people because or whatever reason it clicks with a lot of people. I personally picked up Section.80 the day it came out because I saw it on iTunes, listened to it, and fell in love with it. I still listen to it front to back whenever I feel like it. But you'll appreciate him even more if you look up the true depth of his lyrics, so look up Buried Alive Interlude and Rap Genius it.

You act as if Em got on a serious track and rapped about hoes and hot dogs, how many times does it have to be said - it was the concept of every featured song. We should start blaming those who just wanted a random, stupid funny collaboration as opposed to one with some meaning - Lloyd Banks at least did that.

I haven't listened to it in a while, but wasn't That's All She Wrote a serious song? That didn't stop him from dropping two (or was it just 1? idk) of his worst verses lol.

Oh and lol at anyone saying this could be better than Renegade :s

Yeah to a certain extent I can agree. The flow is pretty cool but after I got past that and focused on the lyrics I was disgusted lol. Some VERY bad lines.

Oh and does anyone know why they left off Em's other verse? I kinda liked that one.

Always thought it sounded kind of TESish. Just listened again though, lyrics aren't much better than his other verses. Still prefer it to the first verse on the official version though.

Anyway though I think this feature would be great for both of their careers. If Eminem is going to become a respectable rapper again he's going to have to go the more serious route because he can't pull of jokey songs any more imo.

Well it really depends what you like. check out

The Recipe- Kendrick Lamar feat Dr Dre. Its his first single off the coming album
The City- Game Feat Kendrick Lamar. What i consider his greatest verse to date :flutter:
Catch a Fade- E-40 feat Kendrick Lamar. if you a party type of person.

The other songs mentioned like Buried Alive/ Spiteful Chant/ Rigarmortis are all amazing though. IMHO, he hasnt dropped more than 5 bad verses since Overly Dedicated. The consistency of his music is unbelievable.

I'm not gonna take either side, but I will just say that both of them will deliver. I know Em's been fucking around recently with his work, but I'm pretty sure he knows how great of an emcee Kendrick is, it'll definitely inspire him to write some sick shit.

Can't wait for this.

P.S. Kendrick is great and I can't wait for good kid, m.A.A.d city

Not trying to be a dick but why do you think "The City" is his best. Nearly everything on OD and most of Section.80 is better IMO. It's a good verse though, but what makes it stand out to you? (I don't want this to come off wrong, not being hostile at all. I'm just wondering.)
